Designated by the California Public Utilities Commission as the provider of this nationally recognized service, 2-1-1 Orange County makes the system available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to the 3,000,000 residents of this community. Callers seeking assistance dial toll free 2-1-1 and are connected with certified, multi-lingual Information and Referral (I&R) Specialists who utilize a robust database to provide information on services such as:
